I donapos;t update nearly as much as I should. Sometimes I wonder why I�eve come back to update, but then I realize how much I like coming back and reading -although sporadically- what was going on in my life 1, 2 or even 5 years earlier.
Went out for my birthday this past Saturday. Started at the Fireside with tasty martinis and then headed to Pacifico. Normally, I am not exactly the dancing type, but that night I donapos;t think I sat down after the first 10 minutes. I had a blast. Michelle, Rebecca, Parks, Michelleapos;s sister and I all had such a great time. Even ran into Osama from school and Michelleapos;s friend Bjorn was hilarious. Didnapos;t want it to be over once 2 hit, so off to Reflections we went.
I remember Reflections as a place where girls could dance and enjoy themselves without the annoying hetero males harassing them at every turn. I had more problems there than I did at Pacifico. I donapos;t know how freely they were handing out liquid courage, but those guys had absolutely no morals or even humility. If you wal by me 5 times and I donapos;t give you the time of day, what makes you think that standing beside me and saying apos;Donapos;t you think Iapos;m adorable?" is going to get you in my pants? No, I doapos;t find you adorable. Infact, I find you pathetic and desperate. Although, I did hit someone in the face with my elbow who thought my hips were the perfect place for his hands....and donapos;t get me started on having my ass slapped by some shady guy.
Tomorrow I have a blizzard date with Steven and the computer class. Up to my eyes with stuff that needs to be done for school. SO far, I havenapos;t made below a 95 on anything that counts, so hopefully I can keep up this unheard of -for me- streak.
Off to have a shower and inhale some cold pills....think the weekend has caught up with me. Also, start back on diet tomorrow...gained 6lbs since last week, sigh
